Do uploads to all services before starting this process.

Read the User Guide.

1. Open CheckIt - should self register.
2. Click Request Report button at top.
3. Wait for email notification, or wait 10 minutes, then:
4. Click Download Report
5. If most of your sales come from Amazon, and you are not concerned about the correct ISBN elsewhere, then check the ISBNs box under Options. Otherwise leave blank.
6. Click Update ASINs button. Click OK when done, click OK again for ISBNs if it pops up.
7. Upload changes to Amazon. Select Amazon service, click Process/Upload to Selected Service button.
8. There are three other important buttons to click at your convenience: Show RECS, Reconcile, Check ASINs. See the User Guide for an explanation. You may want to do these before doing CheckIt Pro

Click Verify Data with CheckIt Pro. Read the User Guide.

1. For maximum mismatches, click Match Control Panel button, make sure Word Count for Title is 1, click Save, click OK. For more accurate mismatches change the default for Title to 4 or 5. You can experiment to see what works best for you.
2. All Records in Select Data should be selected if you want to run against all Amazon records, otherwise create a Hit List then check Use Hit List and select the list to use.
3. Click Get Amazon Data. CheckIt Pro will run. Search speed averages 9 records per second for broadband Internet. (DSL or Cable)
4. When done you will get a list of possible mismatches.
5. Most of the time there will be records that match and records that don't. For records that don't, check the box under the Action column to select which records to fix.
6. When you have checked all that need to be fixed, click the Fix Selected BT Records button. This will remove the records from Amazon, then set them for reupload to rematch or create new product detail pages on Amazon.
7. Click the BT Orphans label. Same as above. Check which records to process, Fix Selected BT Records button, or if you want them all then click Fix All BT Records. This will remove the records from Amazon, then set them for reupload to rematch or create new product detail pages on Amazon.

You are done. Best practice is to repeat the mismatch search by changing Word Counts for Title as well as other fields. Using Binding will compare your Cover to what Amazon has. Often they are different.
