REQUIREMENTS:  

Send Your Database to our server before starting Download; please note, this is no longer optional. 

Remember to send us an email after you have sent your files to mailto:support@booktrakker.com stating that you have sent your files.  This assures that your files will not be deleted until you have finished restoring them. 

Close BookTrakker program.

Click on the SendDB icon on your desktop and follow instructions. 

8 When the file transfer is completed, send Email notification to mailto:support@booktrakker.com that you have sent your files to assure your files will not be deleted until you have finished restoring them.

Close BookTrakker program.

Locate the Windows Start button at the bottom left of your computer screen. 
Point to Programs, next point to BookTrakker, then point and click on SendDB.
[Sequence:   Start > Programs > BookTrakker > SendDB]
