Download and Install BookTrakker and we help you get started by offering  one free import your current data into BookTrakker. You also get FREE SUPPORT by phone and email during your 30-Day Free Trial period.

Call and get an answer immediately. No waiting. No buttons to push, no music to listen to. Just plain old fashioned Personal Service. We check voicemail several times a day in case we are busy when you call.

New Users get one free import of their data from another database or online, during the 30-day trial. Free support during the 30 day trial. Upon purchase new users will get 90 days of free operational support. After that, if its covered in Help in BookTrakker or online we reserve the option to charge for support requests on a per incident basis, at $25 or higher per request. Or you can purchase a Premium Support package below. You are NOT required to purchase Premium Support when you buy BookTrakker.

Most users need very little support after 90 days. We have a group email list that is free to registered users, any support given through the list is free. We monitor the list every few minutes during normal business hours, plus several hours before and after, 7 days a week. 

Why do you need to purchase a Premium Support Package? To cover all the support issues you would rather not have to deal with. Buy the package, let us worry about it. 

Premium Support Packages Available

Premium Support for registered users to cover the unexpected. You can purchase support as needed instead of purchasing a prepaid package, individual charges per incident in () below. Purchasing the Premium Support Package means you do not pay the per incident charges. Premium Support also entitles the user to ask questions about using BookTrakker without limit. You pay for it so you get it.

Description of Premium Support Services 

(No per incident charge if you purchase a Premium Support Package)

1. Assist with recovery of data from online services in case of catastrophic computer failure, with no backup available. This would be downloading Available records from one service, then importing into BookTrakker. ($75 - $150 per incident)
2. Mediate Amazon or other service upload disputes. ($50 per incident) You agree to allow us to test uploads and other issues without first getting permission. All such information is kept strictly confidential. 
3. Personal support - if asked on the list will contact direct, and follow-up. 
4. Support for earlier versions of BookTrakker. 
5. Help with simple Network issues concerning BookTrakker. File/Drive sharing, mapping of network drives. ($75 - $150 per incident)
6. Broken Network connections inside BookTrakker. ($25 per incident)
7. Unlimited database backup upload for safe storage, plus return of the data if necessary. ($25 per incident)
8. Up to two custom imports of third party data up to 10,000 records from standard bookseller programs or online downloads. Additional records or extensive data massaging may require extra funds. ($75 - $150 per import)
9. Doing uploads when you cannot. Set the records for upload, SendDB, we do the upload for you. ($50 for the duration, up to one month)
10. Image backup service via zipped image files. ($50 per year)
11. Requests for support not involving BookTrakker directly. ($25 and up, depending on the situation.) 
12. Mediate suspension incidents with Amazon. So far everyone has been reinstated once we got involved.
