IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR AMAZON UPLOADS

Due to recent changes in Amazon's upload process we now need your identification information for uploading to Amazon.

We are going to have to do a major rewrite of the Amazon upload system for BookTrakker that will require a subscription to the Amazon uploading at $5/mo for continued use after October 12, 2012. BookTrakker uploads to Amazon using an older code that is no longer officially in use. We need to update it before October 12, 2012. Amazon has allowed us to continue to use the old code providing we petition them to allow new users to do this.

We need the seller's full personal name, their Amazon login email address, and what Amazon sites they list on. We then ask Amazon to add the seller to the exclusion list, and they do so. The whole process takes about a week, so if you sell on Amazon and want to try out BookTrakker then you should contact us with this information and wait until we get confirmation back from Amazon. Please send the required information to support@booktrakker.com

New users who purchase before the new subscription system is released will be grandfathered by one year from the date they purchased BookTrakker which means they will not have to pay the subscription fees for Amazon uploading until one year has passed from their date of purchase.

Please do not forget to provide us with your name, email address and listing site so we can ask Amazon to enable you to be able to upload.

	All features, except for certain limitations with GrabIt!, will be fully enabled for 30 days.
	After the 30-day free trial expires, many advanced features and functionality automatically turn off, and the program reverts to BookTrakker FREE Edition.
	You may continue to use BookTrakker FREE Edition indefinitely or until such time you decide to purchase one of the other editions with more functionality.

GETTING READY - Preparing for Download

1. Check to determine if you are on the right page:

A) If you already have a version of BookTrakker installed on your computer
and wish to Update to V3.5, go to Current User Download

B) If you are installing BookTrakker on your computer for the first time, you are on the right page, CONTINUE TO #2.

2. Check to be sure your system is compatible:

A) Click here for Supported Operating Systems, System Requirements, File Size and Download Times.

3. Read or print out: 3.5 DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS AND INSTALLATION GUIDES

4. If you have Windows Vista or Windows 7 read or print out the following:
      A)   Troubleshoot BookTrakker

REQUIREMENTS:

5.   Close all other programs on your computer, especially any *virus-checking software.
Some of the anti-virus programs look for certain files that are installed during the installation process instead of specific virus codes and because of this may interfere with correct installation of BookTrakker. Remember to turn the anti-virus program back on when installation is complete. (It's okay to leave this website open.)

   Norton users with Sonar: Turn Sonar OFF for installation!

   ZoneAlarm's most recent update is compatible with BookTrakker and does not need to be turned off during download. Older versions of ZoneAlarm are not compatible and need to be turned off before installation then turned on again when installation is complete.

   Spyware Doctor is not compatible with BookTrakker and must be uninstalled and removed from your computer before installing BookTrakker. Do not reinstall Spyware Doctor.
