Close all other programs on your computer. 
First, close all programs on your computer especially *virus-checking software. Some of the anti-virus programs look for certain types of behavior patterns instead of specific virus codes. Remember to turn the anti-virus program back on when installation is complete. (It's okay to leave this website open.) 

*(new info) ZoneAlarm's most recent update is compatible with BookTrakker and does not need to be turned off during download.  Older versions of ZoneAlarm are not compatible and need to be turned off before installation then turned on again when installation is complete. 

*Spyware Doctor and Avast may not compatible with BookTrakker. You may have to uninstall these programs for BookTrakker to work.
