Download Upgrade for V2.0 Users

If you experience any problems at all during download or the installation process, other than the Error Message below, , do not try to troubleshoot problems on your own, instead contact us immediately:

E-mail anytime to support@booktrakker.com or call us at: Telephone (434) 817-0010 Mon.-Sat., 9:30AM to 3:30PM EST.

If you get this error message when trying to install: "Error reading setup initialization file" then you have an incomplete download. Delete the installation file and download again.

Fill out the Submit Form below and click Continue.
Actual Download does not begin until you click Start button Page 3 - Download.

Before Downloading . . .
Do NOT uninstall V2.0
1.	Close BookTrakker.
2.	Reboot or restart your computer.
3.	Backup your database locally.
4.	Find SendDB on your desktop and doubleclick to upload your data to our server.
5.	Email support@booktrakker.com when the Send DB upload is complete to notify us that your Backup file has been sent and that it is now on our server.
6.	We will send you an email confirming that we have received your database and that your files are in order. Please wait until you hear from us to begin installation.
